A local State Farm agency is looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. This role focuses on outbound calling, setting appointments, and helping generate new business opportunities for the office. We’ll provide all the technology and tools you need to be successful.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is dependable, and wants a flexible full-time or part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Set appointments for the sales team
- Update customer information in the system
- Follow call scripts and processes
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude on every call
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Must live within 1.5 hours of the office
